More pictures from the Stones Weekend!
OK, I'm happy to say that Kim has been released from the hospital, she's feelin' great and I've got some of her pictures and video. The funny thing is that her pictures are mostly all taken at Jen and Aaron's house too..I guess I wasn't the only one worried about losing my camera. Here's a shot of the departure from our place (Darcy and Brian in the front, I'm in the backseat). The plan was to give Kim the finger..hee hee!
Kim has no pictures from Friday night, but thankfully has lots of Aaron's recovery the next day. Here's the girls making sure that their Dad is OK, notice Arianna is cleaning him with the lint brush..
Aaron all snuggled up with his "Dora the Explorer" blankie...you can see Darcy outside the window.
Poor Aaron!!! :)
This is taken inside Steve's Diner, don't we look like such a happy group of people?Oh, and in my last post I said I wouldn't talk about the concert (since I have no photos), but I forgot to mention our drive home. After all the miles put on Brian's car (Ottawa to Miramichi, Miramichi to Moncton, Moncton to Truro, Truro to Halifax, Halifax to Truro, and finally Truro to Miramichi)..we actually broke down in Barnaby. There we were stuck on the side of the highway, in total disbelief that we got SO close to home before this happened. Man were we ever lucky! Here's a picture of our breakdown..And here's a quick video of it (notice Brian's hand movements..too funny!) Check it out here... All hope wasn't lost anyway, I had my cell phone and called Mom to come and pick the five of us up. Brian got the car towed later that day, and she was fixed in no time (fuel pump). Kim took a video of our drive with Mom, you can click here to check it out.
So, that's about it! I may have another video to add later on...still waiting for Kim to send it. So, my next post will probably be on the camp blog. The long weekend is coming up and we're having a HUGE party up there. Till next time,
Liss

Stupid fuel pump! The damn things can go at any time. But hey, all part of the adventure...

Yep I agree! I think that's why we were all still laughing on the side of the highway...:)
What's the name of that Led Zeppelin song we were playing just before we broke down? Kim and I have been calling it "The Happy Song"..but I'd like to know the actual name.

Heh heh...it was "The Bron-y-Aur Stomp," track 9 from 'Led Zeppelin III' (1970).
